In the first half of this year we launched new versions (7.90 and 8.00) of the XRP HR applications. Of the improvements and new features that these versions bring, we highlight:
Employee portal and contract management
- New criteria have been introduced in the employee search engine;
- The possibility of registering the end of a contract in advance has been introduced;
- Improved functionality for managing groups of contracts to allow automatic renewals.
Management by objectives and competencies
- New report that allows you to obtain all the objectives set, along with their respective formulas;
- New process for communicating the role to the employee with its description and necessary skills.
Recruitment management
- Introduction of competency-based assessment in the interview process.
Expense management
- New workflow allowing prior validation of documents;
- Introduction of the possibility of validate budget commitment with a change to the authorization circuit if exceeded.
