This application allows an efficient management of the entire training process, identifying the training needs, managing day-to-day activities and assessing the quality of training and its impact on daily work. Ensures compliance with all the requirements and rules of the quality standards certification. It also allows implementing a training management based on skills and qualifications and producing all legal maps for daily management.
Includes modules for training by e-learning and for the management of qualifications for job performance;
It includes a digital library that allows online training materials that can also be used in e-learning.
Main module
- The application works based on the concept of workflow, providing each employee or trainee with a work area;
- Identification of training needs and gaps to be addressed;
- It allows the construction of a course database (course catalogue) and the requisition on that database in order to enable purchase;
- It allows online registration of trainees and trainers with internal validation, allowing to manage external trainees;
- Allows training assessment and training impact assessment;
- Ensures the allocation of costs (whether direct or absent from the workplace) and billing management;
- Automatic issuance of information for the RU, hourly balances and the RAF report (public entities);
- It allows having a training calendar in graphic form;
- Management of recurrent courses and valid certifications;
- Dashboard with information on the training carried out, in progress and planned.
- Individual dashboard that allows you to view training hours, costs and training areas organized by training/skills areas;
- Schedule new orders;

- Allow the appointment of those responsible for the contents that will be able to update them autonomously;
