With this self service portal, it is possible to provide employees all the information and processes necessary for their day-to-day activities in the organization.
Main Features
- Download pay slips and IRS statements;
- Remuneration history;
- Mobility history;
- Possibility to modify, with validation mechanism, personal data, tax data, photo and relevant information.
Change Workflow
- The application has a validation workflow that allows defining the requirements for changing data, both in terms of justification and mandatory documents.
Document management
- Possibility of, associated to the employee, making the archive of the various documents, indexing them and defining the viewing permissions (between the employee and the portal administrators);
- Alerts due to lack of document and expiration date.
Alerts
The application automatically issues the following alerts:
- Birthdays (for superiors and colleagues in the same unit);
- Alert for renewal of identification/passport, driving license;
- Possibility to configure manual alerts for employees and/or superiors.
Pre-printed forms
- The application has a pre-printed forms module that allows to make available on the portal, the declarations that are often necessary to deliver to external entities (ex: expiration declarations and contract for bank information, working time declaration).
Management of benefits and uniforms
- Allows management of benefits (eg health insurance, mobile phone, car);
- It has a uniform management module that allows the registration of the pieces provide to the employee and has processes for the employee to make requests for changes/reinforcements/returns.
Occupational safety and health
It includes an alerts module for medical consultation notice, allowing the recording of the result and the respective documentation.
In addition to the alerts it allows:
- Generate alerts and trigger the consultation process for workers and managers;
- Dealing with special and fast-wearing professions;
- Register the work accident process and launch consultation alerts;
- Keep the aptitude sheets and the clinical record (when applicable);
- It allows the automatic generation of health statements.
Reports
Reports of hierarchical structure are available. Some examples of the reports available:
- Wage costs;
- Mobility;
- Functions, seniority and average time;
- Export of all employee information.
Dashboard
- The application has a customizable Dashboard, allowing to graphically display the most relevant information about employees (eg: distribution by company; contracts, age).
Personalization and publishing of content
- The portal can be customized according to the customer's preferences, namely with regard to background colors and logos.
