This is the latest module in the XRP family. It is aimed at helping the employees of an organization to organize themselves to share frequent trips, namely home-work-home.
It also allows organizing employees’ trips to events, such as: board meetings; formation.
Shared travel, in addition to reducing costs, helps to minimize environmental impact and contributes to increasing organizational cohesion.
Key features
- Application supported on Google Maps, thus allowing a better way visually, to understand who in your area wants to share the trips;
- The locations are indicated on the map, not showing the exact addresses in order to respect individual privacy;
- Contacts between employees are made directly, therefore complying with the data protection regulation, as well as facilitating the management of unforeseen events (eg, delays; change of plans);
- Notifications system “forcing” the periodic renewal of the offer, in order to ensure that the “offers” are not forgotten;
- Integration with the XRP app, allowing access on both large screens and mobile phones;
- Dashboard to monitor the application functions, showing the evolution of the offers available by destination and the rate of renewals.
