XRP |Frotas – new versions and 1st semester summary

During the first semester, we launched three new versions of XRP for fleet management and machine parking. Most of the new updates are related to the ongoing technological transformation of XRP, but there are also significant enhancements related to fleet management. Below are the most relevant updates (versions 4.60, 4.7 and 4.8).

Fleet/Machine Management

  • Acquisition Management: Introducing the ability to associate checklist with status changes in the process;
  • Returns Management: Introducing the ability to associate checklist with status changes in the process;
  • Reconditionin: Enabled linkage to maintenance requests;
  • Fine Management: New applications to create a fine per document, send it for printing in external systems, and then communicate it to authorities;
  • Maintenance Requests: Added the ability to visualize the maintenance plan;
  • Fuel indicator: Enabled monitoring of fuel levels;
  • Equipment movement: Implemented RFID/optic reader to scan codes;
  • Document Management: Greens cards can now be digitalised and distributed automatically, with the FTP system still in place;
  • Equipment Management (DL 50/2005): Multiple pieces of equipment can now be included in one plan, allowing for uniform inspection dates.

 

Pool Management and Vehicles Requests

  • Occupation Map: Added information about occupancy priority;
  • Request Map: Added information about request priority;
  • Integration with TVDEs: Enabled integration wtih TVDE platforms via API.

 

Manufacturing Management

  • Indicators: Enabled tracking of maintenance time per section.

 

General Functionalities

  • Purchases: Authorizations can now be done sequentially and initiated through external systems.

 

Integrations

  • Drivian: XRP is now integrated with this platform;
  • OKTA: User authentication is now possible through this platform;
  • TELEMATICS: Enabled tracking of fuel float position and fuel quantity.
