XRP |Fleets – version 5.20

Last week we began distributing version 5.20. In addition to what we mentioned in the May newsletter, this version brings significant improvements to the following features:

Fleet Management:

• Purchase Management – We have introduced the possibility of pre-ordering, and when sending to the person responsible for choosing the vehicle, it is now possible to configure the questions;
• Maintenance management – We have introduced the possibility of re-debits and association with accidents;
• Fleet management – We have introduced new workspaces, making it possible to assign features (e.g. request maintenance) based on user groups and geographical locations;
• Fleet management – It is now possible to better segment users who must record mileage based on the vehicle’s condition and fuel type;
• Car rental – We have improved the extension feature and billing association.

POOL:

• Driver management – We have improved the allocation of vehicles when drivers are required, allowing schedules to be configured in advance.

Cross-cutting:

• Document management – Inclusion of new reports allowing all missing and/or expired documents to be retrieved;
• Points programme – It is now possible to manage how the balance and movements are displayed to the end user.

APIs:

• Corrections and addition of fields in APIs to generate order notes in Primavera Software and SAP MM;
  Correction and addition of new fields in the API for creating/updating/closing orders in SAP.
