The new version 5.10 of XRP |Fleets is now in distribution, an evolution that consolidates improvements introduced in version 5.00 and brings new functionalities to the Fleet Management and POOL modules.
Fleet Management:
- Fines – Availability of pre-printed forms in Spanish, facilitating the process in international contexts;
- Detailed maintenance – Linking document management to maintenance tasks, ensuring greater traceability;
- Claims – Direct integration of maintenance requests with claims processes;
- Returns – New process for scrapping vehicles and selling them to the employee;
- Acquisitions – Possibility of closing processes with vehicles already in the database;
- Invoice import – Improved reading and integration of invoices in XML format.
POOL:
- Electric charging management – Reinforced functionalities for occupying spaces, with slot-based operation;
- Requests between pools – Possibility of making requests to other pools, useful for washing or station services;
- Consultation of authorizers – It is now possible to consult who has intervened in the processes authorising use of the pool.
Across the board:
- Various improvements to the import of invoices in XML format.
API’S:
- Document management – Possibility of importing indexes associated with the document;
- Users – Driving licence data included.
