XRP |Fleets – version 5.10

The new version 5.10 of XRP |Fleets is now in distribution, an evolution that consolidates improvements introduced in version 5.00 and brings new features to the Fleet Management and POOL modules.

Main new features in the Fleet Management module:

• Fines – Availability of preprints in Spanish, facilitating the process in international contexts;
• Detailed maintenance – Linking document management to maintenance tasks, ensuring greater traceability;
• Claims – Direct integration of maintenance requests with claims processes;
• Returns – New process for scrapping vehicles and selling them to the employee;
• Acquisitions – Possibility of closing processes with vehicles already in the database;
• Invoice import – Improved reading and integration of invoices in XML format.

Main new features in the POOL module:

• Electric charging management – Reinforced functionality for occupying spaces, with slot-based operation;
• Requests between pools – Possibility of making requests to other pools, useful for washing or station services;
• Consultation of authorizers – It is now possible to consult who has intervened in the processes of authorizing the use of the pool.
