The new version 3.81 of the XRP Fleets applications is available.
In this version, we focused on 3 aspects:
- Improved computer security of the applications, as more and more customers choose to use applications from the cloud and at the same time cyber attacks are more aggressive.
- Reinforcement of the features used on the XRP app. We introduced the possibility of recording kilometers at any time, which is useful when filling up the fuel or when the car is delivered to third parties (ex: workshop), the possibility of attaching a photo of needed documents when getting the MOT test or when reporting an accident.
- Introduction of a simplified registration of external drivers in the application, which allows registering the use of the vehicle by non-organization drivers, either in pooled vehicles or in assigned vehicles.
In addition to these aspects, we made more than a dozen small improvements, both in the insurance management and in the invoice validation process (which now allows the contracted amounts to be validated beyond the contract), and in the area of detailed maintenance management .
