Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) awards Escrita Digital the XRP |Fleets and XRP |Pool modules
Escrita Digital is pleased to announce that Infraestruturas de Portugal (IP) has awarded, following a public procurement procedure, the XRP |Fleets and XRP |Pool modules — integrated applications for fleet and mobility resource management and control.
This award represents an important recognition of Escrita Digital’s technological capabilities and of the suitability of XRP applications to the requirements of organisations with complex operations and high levels of demand in resource management.
Technology for more efficient management
Fleet management currently involves multiple dimensions, including operational control, vehicle usage, maintenance, costs, documentation, availability and planning.
With XRP |Fleets, IP will have a solution designed to enable centralised and efficient management of information related to its fleet, improving vehicle monitoring and supporting decision-making.
Complementing this, XRP |Pool enables the structured management of shared vehicle use, promoting more efficient use of available resources and greater visibility over vehicle utilisation.
The integration of both modules addresses different dimensions of vehicle management, combining fleet management with shared vehicle management.
