This week, we began distributing version 5.00. It includes new features and improvements to the XRP |Fleet Management and XRP |Pool applications.
FLEET AND MACHINES – XRP | FLEET MANAGEMENT
New features:
- Insurance – we have launched a new email that allows you to cancel insurance with the insurer/broker and send the declaration;
- Sustainability – we have introduced reports covering ESRS standards, scopes 1 and 2;
- Reports for managers – it is now possible to send them by movement date or invoice
- Indicators – we have introduced the average number of Km per kWh.
Improvements:
- Vehicle/machine database – we have launched new allocations that allow distinguishing between vehicles in the fleet that are active but not yet fit for service;
- Acquisitions – we have introduced the possibility of triggering the return process and vehicle preparation processes on receipt;
- Returns – we have introduced the possibility for the expert to be registered by the person responsible;
- Rent-a-car – the authorization circuit is now configured by the customer;
- Plafonds – credit requests can be made with different mileage costs according to the vehicle’s fuel type.
Integrations and APIs:
- We have made APIs available for integration with the Cegid Primavera ERP for purchasing and invoicing;
- We created an API to provide information on vehicles to external systems;
- We improved the user management API to give access permissions;
- Integration with SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is now available.
SHARED USE – XRP |POOL
New features:
- We have introduced the management of electric charging stations;
- It is now possible to specify delivery and return times by pool.
Improvements:
- We have introduced the possibility of having two drivers in the association process;
- Points program: the possibility of events based on rides has been introduced.
