In the first half of this year, we launched new versions (4.90 and 4.95) of the XRP |FROTAS applications. In addition to fixing a few bugs and introducing numerous improvements, we would like to highlight the following:
XRP | Fleet Management
- Possibility of recording workshop time when requesting maintenance;
- The maintenance request no longer requires an invoice;
- Agreement with EVIO for the automatic import of consumption from this operator;
- New functionalities for recording periodic inspections of vehicles, trailers and machinery with damage records;
- Introduction of employee sales functionality in the returns process;
- Introduction of consultation with Human Resources in the acquisition process;
- In the Rent-a-car module, the possibility of extension has been introduced;
- Launch of API’s for integration with Drivian.
XRP | Pool Management
- Possibility of communicating the costs and times associated with car use to the employee’s manager;
- Introduction of the possibility of extension;
- New map with graphical display of requests.
XRP | WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT
- Introduction of the repair times dashboard;
- Connection of the workshop module to warehouse management.
