Today we held our first XRP|Fleet webinar, during which we presented the new features of version 4.50 of the XRP|Fleet application. Watch it here:
Among innovations introduced with version 4.50, we highlight the simplification of automatic accounting, the new API for connection to external systems, and the possibility of including both electric vehicles and fossil fuel vehicles in the same pool group.
We would also like to remind you that, in January, we will be holding a new webinar, this time aimed at those who are not yet familiar with XRP or who want a more comprehensive view of the application.
FLEET AND MACHINES – XRP|FLEET MANAGEMENT
Among the most recent innovations, we highlights:
- Upload of invoices – we have improved the integration with ERP, allowing the editing of accounting data;
- API for consulting vehicles – we have launched the possibility of providing vehicle information to external systems;
- Budgets – we added the upload of budgets in the supplier when uploading invoices.
CARSHARING– XRP |POOL
Among the most recent innovations, we highlight:
- Priority in the process – we included the possibility to assign a priority given by questions asked in the request;
- Map of requests – we made available a new map that shows the requests;
- Electric vehicles – it became possible to use Google Maps to indicate the displacement and thus obtain the distance to be travelled.
WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT – XRP |WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT
Among the most recent innovations, we highlight:
- It is now possible to associate documents with the worksheet;
- We have introduced the registration of equipment entry/exit in the warehouse, with connection to RFID readers and/or barcodes.
