XRP Fleets – New version 3.78

Version 3.78 of the XRP Fleets applications is already in distribution. In this version we focus on the XRP Fleet Management.

With this version we introduced a new way of communicating the changes associated with the new versions in the application itself. This communication is made through a layer when entering the application and the bell in the upper right corner.

Notifications – what they are and where to find them

You will find notifications when entering the application in two places. The notifications that we really need to know about will be found in a layer right after logging in. Tips on new features, ideas for better managing your fleet/machinery park, good practices that we intend to disclose, you will find in the bell in the upper right corner.

XRP Fleet Management

In addition to the features already mentioned, we also highlight:

• new Dashboards related to accidents and fines;
• possibility of registering the use of vehicles by employees who do not belong to the organization in a simple way;
• possibility of issuing alerts when contracts are close to expiration date;
• possibility to search for vehicles with contracts ending in 60 days;
• create outages simultaneously for several vehicles;
• possibility of personalizing the vehicle/equipment file by type of asset with specific free fields according to the group to which it belongs;
• we improved the search engine for accounted invoices, adding the supplier and invoice number fields;
• we introduced the possibility to specify by contract whether it is accounted for in accordance with IFRS 16 standards;
• in terms of security, we added the possibility to activate the CAPTCHA functionality.
